  • Do you accept returns?

    Hart and Sole Clothing will provide an exchange or issue a full refund minus shipping as store credit for all non-clearance items received within 14 days of when the items were shipped, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free of defects. Any shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us at csr@hartandsole.com within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion.

  • What's considered a Clearance item?

    Any item at discount is considered a Clearance item.

  • Can Hats or Caps be returned or exchanged?

    It is illegal to accept returns or exchanges on any Hats or Caps by Canadian Law.

  • Where do I ship the item I want to return or exchange?

    Please mail all items via courier to:

    U.S. residents please mark the item as a RETURN\EXCHANGE item.

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    Items are usually shipped the next business day and have a transit time of approximately 5 days to major metropolitan areas, and 7 days to more rural areas. We do not process orders on the weekend, so orders placed on Friday usually ship out on Monday. Please note that while Canada Post 5-7 Day Priority is fast and usually ships next business day, the arrival time is not guaranteed. If you need a guaranteed arrival time, you may purchase Overnight Shipping at an additional charge. Please note that all orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery.

  • Do you ship Internationally (Out of Canada)?

    Hart and Sole Clothing offers international shipping by TNT Express to a number of international countries, shown below. Typical transit time is between 2-4 days, but occasionally items can experience customs delays of several days. In transit tracking is not provided for your package, we can only confirm delivery.

  • What currency are the prices in?

    All our prices on our site are listed in Canadian Dollars, and charged in Canadian Dollars.

  • What do I need to do to return or exchange an item?

    All orders will not be exchanged or refunded without prior authorization from Hart and Sole. Please contact us at csr@hartandsole.com to receive your RA# to be included with the returned item.

  • What are your shipping rates?

    We charge shipping by the amount in price of your order. Below is the pricing chart for orders within North America.

    $8.00 for orders $0.01 to $49.99
    $12.00 for orders $50.00 to $99.99
    FREE for orders $100.00 to 199.99
    FREE for orders $200.00 to 299.99
    FREE for orders $300.00 and up.

    Below are shipping rates for orders outside of North America. If you need International shipping, please add the International Handling fee to your shopping cart.
    Shipping to Australia and Asia:

    $43.00 for orders $0.01 to $49.99
    $52.00 for orders $50.00 to $99.99
    $56.00 for orders $100.00 to 199.99
    $64.00 for orders $200.00 to 299.99
    $78.00 for orders $300.00 and up.
    Shipping to Europe and South America:

    $35.00 for orders $0.01 to $49.99
